  Every time I go into the Raymond Ben Franklin Ace store I am always greeted by helpful, friendly employees. The product selection that they have is phenomenal, I never walk out of there without buying what I came in for and then some. They have great sales(clearance). it's not a short drive for me, but, it's always worth it.

  Very poor customer service . Went there for a new faucet with my son for my kitchen .Tried talking to someone and they were too busy to help me . Went to a store in Exeter and got a real good deal.
